Named in honor of the flagship of America's first Continental fleet, this wonderful Italian silk twill features an intriquing red, white and blue geometric design of circles and squares.

Ascots were introduced in England in 1876 and they are still right on target for many occasions today. Our original version, shown here in the USS Congress pattern, features Velcro closures and is available in four neck sizes.
