Any shipments made by Federal Express require physical addresses; they will not deliver to Post Office boxes.
What and When?
As you know, we individually create every one of our ties and accessories right here in Vermont. So, while our Slimline/Standard, Freestyle bow ties generally ship out within 24 hours of the receipt of your order (Monday-Friday), other items may take 3-5 days to handcraft before they are shipped. If you need your order by a specific date, please call us at 800-488-8437. We'll bend over backwards to meet your deadline, and let you know if there will be any extra charges.
Returns Made Easy
If you're not happy, we're not happy, so you have a full year to decide if you're pleased with our standard handcrafted products.
Here’s what we mean by standard: Anything that we make here in Vermont that is not customized for you. This includes bow ties, neckties, double-sided pocket squares, Beau Fleur boutonnieres, lapel pins, Beaufinity scarves and fabric-covered cufflinks. As long as they are in a new/unused condition, you may return them within 365 days of your purchase.
We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on our made-to-order products – including ascots, cravats, boys’ ties, D-ring belts, cummerbunds and vests - with no exceptions other than defects in fabric or flaws in our workmanship. We also do not accept returns of monogrammed products or custom pattern/Bespoke products.
All other products may be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. They must be in their original packaging, with original tags and/or hardware and in unused condition.
If you do need to return something to us, please include as much of the original paperwork as possible, to help us get the ball rolling, and let us know if you prefer an exchange or a merchandise credit. If you would rather receive a refund, we are happy to oblige. Refunds to credit cards must be made within 90 days to the exact card used for the original purchase. Original shipping costs are excluded from refunds. Orders that originally received free shipping, but which drop below $100 in value as the result of a return will be refunded the price of the returned product minus an $8.95 shipping charge.
