Any shipments made by Federal Express require physical addresses; they will not deliver to Post Office boxes.

What and When?

As you know, we individually create every one of our ties and accessories right here in Vermont. So, while our Slimline/Standard, Freestyle bow ties generally ship out within 24 hours of the receipt of your order (Monday-Friday), other items may take 3-5 days to handcraft before they are shipped. If you need your order by a specific date, please call us at 800-488-8437. We'll bend over backwards to meet your deadline, and let you know if there will be any extra charges.

Returns Made Easy

If you're not happy, we're not happy, so you have a full year to decide if you're pleased with your purchase (or even with a gift from someone else!).

If what you get is not what you want, just send it back to us with as much of the original paperwork as you still have. We are happy to accept returns of bow ties or neckties that are still new and unused. Accessories may be returned only if they show defects in the fabric or flaws in our workmanship.

When you return an item to us, you may request an exchange or a merchandise credit, and we will promptly act upon your request. If you prefer a refund, we are happy to oblige. Refunds to credit cards must be made to the same card used for the original purchase price, and it may take up to 30 days for a credit to appear on your statement.
