Any change to the bow tie's default standard shape, style and/or neck size will be custom made for you. However, that change will then render the bow tie unreturnable and ineligible for return or exchange.     I can’t tie a bow - this was a perfectly tied bow and unless you took it apart you couldn’t tell that it was pre-tied.
