The original shipment for this tie was lost in transit. After I made BeauTies of Vermont aware of this situation, they immediately expediated a replacement that I received within a couple of days. Their customer service is exceptional, and I only wished that all online vendors would operate at this level. I can't wait to wear this at the next Tailgate Party!
