Beautiful Tie!

The quality, workmanship, packaging & timely shipment are absolutely superior. My only complaint is with your return policy. You offer options for the width of a tie when ordering but you will only accept returns on the wide ones. The price on narrower ties is the same as wide and you don't label narrower ties as a custom option. So, theoretically, they cost less to make (less material) yet they cannot be returned.
I took a big chance ordering online to match the color in my daughter's wedding. My mistake, I admit.

Hi Karen. So glad you liked the tie. Our 3 ¼' ties are standard and our most popular - which is why we make them ahead of time and allow returns. The customized size you chose had to be specially made just for you (which we love doing!) but unfortunately cannot take it back as it's not something we commonly sell. That's why we alert all customers as to the bespoke nature of our company (not mass market) and post our return policy everywhere on our website.
