Any change to the bow tie's default standard shape, style and/or neck size will be custom made for you. However, that change will then render the bow tie unreturnable and ineligible for return or exchange.     I was VERY disappointed to get a tie it yourself bow tie. Quality was great,but I REFUSE to have to tie my own tie,when I spend $200 for the set.
    UNACCEPTABLE !!!!
    BTW,it said that NOWHERE in the buying description.
