The online shopping experience was fine and I felt I received plenty of email communications on my order status.
Everything is beautiful and matches my expectations based on the online product images and written dimensions. (Although I was not entirely prepared for how big 36" by 36" really is! after buying myself cheap cotton bandannas that are a smidge too small, this is a much enjoyed change of pace.)
I'm so glad I treated myself to this beautiful scarf. The online photos do a good job of showing off the colors but it's even prettier in person and being able to see that silk texture. $88 was a lot of money but there's no getting around the cost of materials and labor so I feel like this was a good investment as long as I am able to properly take care of this scarf. I'm going to do my best to hand wash gently to not put the silk through too much. I believe the care instructions said I could wash on cold on delicate cycle but I am going to do my best to be gentle with this fabric so that I can use it for a long time.
