SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
Fall Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") begins on 12:01a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 09/27/2022 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 10/4/2022 ("Sweepstakes Period").

Danforth Pewter, 52 Seymour Street, Middlebury, VT (“Sponsor”).
ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (the "Entrant"). Employees of Sponsors and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement, or promotion of the Sweepstakes and each of their respective parents, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (regardless of where they reside) or household members, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate family members” shall mean spouses, parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, and their respective spouses. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
GRAND PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive a prize package comprised of:

Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Prize cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted by winner. Sponsors reserve the right in their sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated Retail Value, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety, or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. The sponsors will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.
HOW TO ENTER: Enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period online by visiting the entry form, which can be found on the following website at https://www.beautiesltd.com/pages/giveaway and follow the instructions provided to submit a completed online entry to receive one (1) entry. There is no cost to register or enter. Entering the Sweepstakes will automatically register entrant for Danforth Pewter and Beau Ties of Vermont brand marketing and promotional emails if the entrant has not already registered. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means or practices, or by any means which subvert the entry process will be void. All entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. ET on 10/4/2022 to be eligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsors will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to: (i) verify any element of any entry, related materials, or entrant’s eligibility; (ii) to request additional information; and (iii) to disqualify any entrant whose participation may subject the Sweepstakes, Sponsor or Sponsor's advertisers, clients, or customers to controversy, negative publicity, scorn, or ridicule. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to provide any documentation or information deemed necessary by, and in a form acceptable to, Sponsor to satisfy the above requirement if asked by the Sponsors to do so. LIMIT: One (1) entry per individual. Each individual may only use one (1) email address to enter this Sweepstakes. Submission of the entry form will result in one (1) entry.
WINNER SELECTION: On or about 10/6/2022, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period to select one (1) potential winner for the one (1) prize. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winner will be notified via email and will be required to respond within twenty-four (24) hours of the time of notification or an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. If such response is not returned within the specified time period, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact potential winner or potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by the Sponsors.
PRIVACY: Registration for the Danforth Pewter and Beau Ties of Vermont marketing and promotional email lists is required to enter the Sweepstakes. When you register, we collect personally identifying information about you, including your email address. The information that you provide will be added to a centralized Sponsor database. By entering and providing the required registration information, you acknowledge that Sponsor may send you information, samples, or special offers it believes may be of interest to you about its publications or other complementary goods offered by Sponsor. Your email address will not be sold or rented to third parties.
