Neatly repeating medallions - some diamonds, some hexagons and some circles - are created in shades of blue, gold and silver on beautiful deep black Italian wool.

The Tilian patterned free-fold cravat features three stitched center pleats that allow luxurious drape in front without fabric bulk at the nape of your neck. It is completely reversible and sized for a perfect fit. May require a stick-pin.
