Any shipments made by Federal Express require physical addresses; they will not deliver to Post Office boxes.
What and When?
As you know, we individually create every one of our ties and accessories right here in Vermont. So, while our Slimline/Standard, Freestyle bow ties generally ship out within 24 hours of the receipt of your order (Monday-Friday), other items may take 3-5 days to handcraft before they are shipped. If you need your order by a specific date, please call us at 800-488-8437. We'll bend over backwards to meet your deadline, and let you know if there will be any extra charges.

If you're not happy, we're not happy, so we make returns, exchanges and refunds as simple as possible.
Made in Vermont Beau Ties Products
We’re so convinced that you’ll be happy with the products we make for you, we’ll give you a full year to return or exchange any of our standard handcrafted products.
Here’s what we mean by standard: Anything that we make here in Vermont that is not customized for you. This includes all sizes and styles of our bow ties, neckties, Beau Fleur boutonnieres, lapel pins and fabric-covered cufflinks. As long as they are in a new/unused condition, you may return them within 365 days of your purchase.
We cannot accept returns on our customized and made-to-order products – including double-sided pocket squares, Beaufinity scarves, ascots, cravats, boys’ ties, D-ring belts, cummerbunds and vests – unless there are defects in the fabric or flaws in our workmanship (which, we’re happy to say, there almost never are).
Monogrammed products or custom pattern/Bespoke products are not returnable.
All Other Products
All of our other products – aside from underwear – may be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. They must be returned in their original packaging – with their original tags and/or hardware – and in unused condition.
Our underwear, of course, is not returnable. We hope we don’t have to explain why. ;-)
If you need to make a return, please include as much of the original paperwork as possible, and let us know if you prefer an exchange or a merchandise credit. If you request a refund for an order placed using a credit card for payment, credit card companies require that the refund be made within 90 days of your order, and to the exact card used for the original purchase. Otherwise, we will have to issue merchandise credit in the form of a Beau Ties Gift Card.
Original shipping costs are excluded from refunds.
Orders that originally received free shipping, but which drop below $100 in value as the result of a return will be refunded the price of the returned product minus a $5.00 shipping charge. Returns that would have otherwise changed pricing on a quantity discount (e.g., 3 socks for $25, $9 off 3 bow ties, etc.) will be adjusted to reflect original non-quantity pricing.
