I already have an orange and black school color bow tie, and this was ordered for a friend who is wearing bow ties now and teaches at a school which has black and orange as the school colors. It came quickly and was exactly what I ordered.

I know this is late, but it has slipped my mind until now. Last year was my 40th High School Reunion. I had two custom tuxedos built for me from Jos. A. Bank. One was in Midnight Blue and I did this especially for the Reunion night. But when it came to the bow tie and cummerbund, they could not help. So I turned to you roughly a week before. Your CSR asked what color was the tux I was going to wear and when I told him Midnight, he suggested I go with the black suit. I said I'd eyeball the set with both. I got the set in five days and upon close inspection, I found it to be as well constructed as any of my other bows and bunds! I put it up against the Midnight Tuxedo and I could not tell any color difference. (The tux appears black under many lighting situations). Anyway, long story short, I wore it to my Reunion and even DJ'd with it on all night. I was floored by all the compliments I received by many of the guys (who didn't dress up as much) and the girls' reactions were something to behold! I guess there's no beating a man in a tuxedo accompanied by the right accessories and these surely were. In short, I'm satisfied and everyone else who has seen this set on me likes it as well! I great way to finish off a tuxedo and I highly recomend you to all my friends when they ask about it. Smashing look, confident wearer. What more can you say other than well done! (You even beat your own speed record getting the set sent to me and that's saying much in these days of mail competition.) Thanks again and yes, I'm thinking of ordering a black and blue set for sure!
This woven silk bow tie goes well for late fall, Halloween, and campus visits to colleges whose colors are black/orange --from coast to coast, from Occidental College to Princeton.
