Our Guarantee

It may be that you will receive a tie and decide it's not quite what you wanted. It happens to all of us. So, our guarantee is simple. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any standard bow tie, necktie or non-customized item you buy from us, we will replace it or refund your purchase price. Indeed, if you're not happy with something you've ordered from us, we want you to return it, and we will make the process as easy as possible for you.

A "standard bow tie" refers to our freestyle slimline bow ties in neck size 15.5"-19.5" Our standard necktie is our 58" regular 3-1/4" width option.

The items we make to order – including our diamond, butterfly/jumbo, very slim, pre-tied, clip-on and non-standard length freestyle bow ties, boys' bow ties, boys' neckties, men's long neckties, men's slim and skinny neckties, cummerbunds, ascots, cravats, scarves, pocket squares and custom-pattern ties are not considered standard, and may not be returned or replaced unless there is a defect in the fabric or a flaw in our workmanship. In addition, if we've customized an item for you with the addition of a monogram, it may not be returned unless we've made an error.
