Nova

"Cosmos" might be a better name for this thinking man's tie, with its reference to galaxies in dark space.
Technical note: It's made of cotton, sterner fabric than the usual silk. You'll need to add more "neck" when tying it to make up for thickness and flexibility. But it stands up smartly and holds its shape.

A Nova and a Chevy

Wore this bright updated classic with white shirt and black slacks while cruising in the '57 Belair from Alki Point to a music event downtown. Heads turned in apparent appreciation: was it the car, or the bowtie? Or perhaps the blissful duet? Thanks!

We were leary about buying a cotton tie, but this holds its shape quite nicely. It's also versatile. It looks great with yellow, green or white dress shirts. You can even get away with wearing it with a pin-striped shirt.

This was my first Butterfly, and I will be purchasing more. The quality was what I expected, and the service was great. Will be purchasing more in the future.
