Rondonia - bow tie

We have a quarterly business meeting, to which I regularly wear a bow tie. A few quarters ago, I decided to forego the tradition. After several comments, I decided to re-institute it last quarter, and wore this tie to the November meeting. They applauded and said it was beautiful.
