I think that it is a lovely idea to be able to send a gift certificate to a family member that lives in the US. I was disappointed however when the gift certificate was typed with an amount double what I intended rather than the amount I ordered. The company was very gracious and fixed the problem. I have found Beau Ties Ltd. to be fair and helpful.
