Subtly cool Father of the Bride

As father of the bride I knew of course I'd treat myself to a new tie from Beau Ties Ltd., but the question was what particular style. I wanted to be stylish but not flashy, since I didn't want to compete with the groom or his party. I decided on the Bach, a muted gold tone that worked perfectly with my blue shirt and light olive poplin suit. The wedding was a complete success -- and I got a lot of compliments on my choice of tie!
