Chances are that if you've ever called Beau Ties, you've experienced the great pleasure of having a real person answer the phone. Not only that, you've probably discovered that our Customer Service Team is not tucked away in a call center somewhere in Utah or India; they are right here in Middlebury, Vermont!

Our customer service team experts live at the very heart of the building, where they can literally see ties being made and tell you – at a moment's notice – whether the tie you want is available. There are days when we've seen one or another of them sprinting from the phone to the inventory shelves to grab the last tie of a particular fabric – while a customer is on hold – just to make sure that it doesn't get sold to someone else before the conversation is over. And we do mean conversation. When you call Beau Ties, you don’t speak with just an "order taker." You talk with a well-versed and personable representative of the company.

Not sure what color shirts to wear with the tie you've chosen? Our team can help you decide. Having trouble making a bow tie knot? They'll walk you through the process on the phone. Looking for a way to snazz up an outfit? They'’ll remind you about our pocket squares. Want something special? They'll help you through the process of creating a custom order – and be your advocate throughout the production process. Their talents and abilities are nearly endless, and they’re always willing to take the time to find out what you really want or need.
