Plaid Neckties

Plaid Neckties

Although the word plaid has its origins in Scotland (from the Gaelic plaide meaning "blanket" or "mantle") and originally referred to lengths of wool woven for everyday use, plaid now refers to almost any criss-cross pattern of colors in any kind of fabric. You may be familiar with traditional tartans and cheerful madras, but there are plenty of other plaids, as well. Always in style, a plaid necktie will never be out of place.

Prefer bow ties? All of our Plaid necktie fabrics are available as bow ties, as well.
